OPT/AT Administrative Fee Form: Credit Card Payment

As of July 28, 2023 the Payment Portal is back up and running. We apologize for any inconveniences.

After submitting the form below you will be asked to verify your information to process your Credit Card payment. While the Country/Region section of the verification form is not marked as required, it is in fact, required. Failure to select a Country/Region will result in a denied payment.

Do not forget to print out or save a copy of your OPT/AT Administrative Fee payment receipt! You will need to upload this receipt copy on the OPT/AT application in iMIT.

This fee form is used to submit a credit card for the following MIT administrative fees. By submitting the form below, you agree to send MIT payment for administrative fees with respect to your post-completion Optional Practical Training or Academic Training application and certify that you understand that this fee is non-refundable. If you do not have a credit card, you may skip this page and submit the administrative fee directly to the ISO front desk by personal/bank check or money order.

Upon clicking the “Submit” button, you will be directed to MIT’s external vendor for merchant services/credit card processing. 
You will see a “Capcha” page at ShopMIT, and then the CyberSource webpage where you will be prompted to enter U.S. based credit card information. Failure to select a Country/Region on this page will result in a denied payment.
