Presenter: Nikita Bansal, IDM ’20

Hear from Nikita how she discovered her unique-self while living with the very diverse community that we all live with at MIT. She will touch upon several types of personalities based on extraversion, our conflict management style, and the roles that people play in team projects; she will also share the bright side of each kind from her own experiences. She believes that only if we have empathy and respect for each kind of us, we can build a truly inclusive society.
